Refund Policy

Gallery at 444 has a no exchange or return policy due to the custom nature of our products. If a defective or incorrect product is sent, a new one will be reprinted and shipped immediately. Please reach out to us right away at with proof of damage and we will work to get this corrected ASAP.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be permitted before the product has been printed. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible to catch us before we print your item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
