Q: How do I submit a photo
A: After submitting payment you will be asked to upload your photo directly to us. If you choose to skip that or have a question about your photo prior to ordering you can email us at anytime at email@example.com
Q: How do I know if my photo is large enough to print on a pallet?
A: Generally we ask for photos that are around 1 MB. If you have an original version of your image that always works best! Many times photos pulled from social media are very small and while can sometimes be used, if you can get your hands on the original image the photo quality will be higher. If you have a question on your image - please feel free to reach out to us!
Q: Can I see my pallet before printing to make sure I am happy with where the cracks will fall?
A: We send out proofs for all purchases prior to printing. This proof will be sent to the email address you include with your order. We will not print without your approval so a delay in responding to your proof will cause a delay in our production time. If you request any changes we will make those and send another proof for you to approve. We do our best to make sure cracks stay out of faces and other key places on your photo. If the crack has to fall on a face, we adjust the image to stay out of eyes etc.
Q: Do you crop my photo?
A: Generally we do have to crop the photos slightly to make sure they fit proportionally onto the size pallet you order. We try to crop as little as possible. There may also need to be extra adjusting in order to ensure cracks do not fall on key parts of your photo.
Q: What is your production time and shipping time?
A: Production time varies based on the items you order. All production times are listed in the individual products listing. Most products will ship within at least two weeks of purchase. Once an item ships you will be updated with tracking information. On average shipping will take another 2-3 days.
Q: What if I need my item sooner?
A: We do offer a "Rush Order" listing you can add to your cart when you are checking out. This item can be found on our product page. We will work with each individual to get this item to you in your expedited time frame. Please include the date you need this by in the notes section of your order when checking out.
Q: Can I order a custom size?
A: We do offer custom pallets upon request. Based on the wood we use we can try to get as close as possible to the size you are looking for. We will work with you directly for any custom orders!
Q: Can I add text to my pallet?
A: Yes! We do charge a $20 fee for adding text. When you purchase your item, please also add the "Add Text" item to your cart. In the notes section of your order during checkout, please include the text you would like to include. If you have a preference on font type (cursive bold etc.), placement, size, or color please also include that information. We will contact you with a proof prior to printing for your approval!
Q: Is hanging hardware included with my purchase?
A: All photo pallets come with hardware pre-installed for easy hanging! Wedding guest book pallets come with the hardware included but not attached. This allows your guests a flat surface to sign and an easy convenient way for you to attach and hang later! Mini pallets and tabletop displays come with a black wire stand (see item for pictures) so you can display your items anywhere!
